Meditation, Understanding and Love
Not long ago I came across this very simple statement from the Buddha in a book by the great Vietnamese teacher Thich Nhat Hanh:
Love is understanding.

Is Meditation a Magic Bullet for a Stressed and Overwhelmed Life?
